Who we are

ReelPortfolio is a creator portfolio and media kit product. You use it to build a public page for brands. Questions: email support@reelportfolio.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, username/handle, password (stored hashed), and optional profile fields you enter (bio, photo, location, contact details).
• Portfolio content: work items, collaboration notes, services, appearance choices, and images you upload.
• Enquiries and messages: messages brands send through your portfolio, and messages you send us.
• Billing: subscription status and payment references processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.

Instagram / Meta data

If you choose to connect Instagram, ReelPortfolio receives only the data needed to connect your account and import work you select:

• Instagram user ID and username
• A connection token so we can request your media on your behalf
• Media you choose to import (permalink, caption, type, thumbnail/media URL, timestamp when available)

We do not post to Instagram, read your DMs, or import your library unless you select items. Disconnecting Instagram stops new imports. Imported portfolio work stays until you delete it or request account deletion.

How we use this information

• To create and show your portfolio
• To sign you in and keep your account secure
• To import selected Instagram work when you ask us to
• To process subscriptions and send transactional email
• To respond to support and data requests

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with services required to run ReelPortfolio, such as hosting, email delivery, Razorpay for payments, and Meta/Instagram when you connect an account. Public portfolio pages show the content you choose to publish.

Retention

We keep account and portfolio data while your account is active. After a verified deletion request, we remove live account data within 30 days and clear backups within 90 days, except where we must retain records for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

• Edit or delete portfolio content from your dashboard
• Disconnect Instagram from Integrations in your dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and stored data on the data deletion page

Children

ReelPortfolio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
