Who we are

ReelPortfolio is a creator portfolio and media kit product. You use it to build a public page for brands. Questions: email support@reelportfolio.com or use our contact page.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, username/handle, password (stored hashed), and optional profile fields you enter (bio, photo, location, contact details).
• Portfolio content: work items, collaboration notes, services, appearance choices, and images you upload.
• Enquiries and messages: messages brands send through your portfolio, and messages you send us.
• Billing: subscription status and payment references processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs.

Instagram / Meta data

If you choose to connect Instagram (optional), ReelPortfolio uses Instagram Login and may receive:

• Instagram user ID, username, profile picture, account type, and follower/media counts
• A connection token so we can request media and insights on your behalf
• Media you choose to import (permalink, caption, type, thumbnail/media URL, timestamp when available)
• Insights for imported or synced media and your account (for example views, likes, comments, saves, shares, reach, profile views, and audience demographics such as age, gender, and top cities/countries when Instagram provides them)

We use this data only to help you build your portfolio, keep performance numbers current, and show optional insights on your public page when you enable them. We do not post to Instagram, read your DMs, or send messages. We do not import your full library unless you select items.

Disconnecting Instagram from Integrations stops new requests. Imported portfolio work stays until you delete it or request account deletion. You can also revoke the app in Instagram/Facebook settings. See data deletion.

How we use this information

• To create and show your portfolio
• To sign you in and keep your account secure
• To import selected Instagram work when you ask us to
• To sync and display Instagram performance insights you choose to show
• To process subscriptions and send transactional email
• To respond to support and data requests

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with services required to run ReelPortfolio, such as hosting, email delivery, Razorpay for payments, and Meta/Instagram when you connect an account. Public portfolio pages show the content you choose to publish.

Retention

We keep account and portfolio data while your account is active. After a verified deletion request, we remove live account data within 30 days and clear backups within 90 days, except where we must retain records for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

• Edit or delete portfolio content from your dashboard
• Disconnect Instagram from Integrations
• Request deletion of your account and stored data on the data deletion page

Children

ReelPortfolio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
