Terms of Service

The service

ReelPortfolio lets creators build a public portfolio page with work, collaborations, services, and contact options. Some features require a paid plan. Instagram connection and import are optional conveniences, not a requirement to use the product.

Your account

• You must provide accurate account details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be old enough to form a contract in your country, and at least 13.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant ReelPortfolio a licence to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service (including generating thumbnails and showing your public page).

You confirm you have the right to publish the content you add, including Instagram posts or Reels you import. Do not upload content you do not own or are not allowed to share.

Instagram

If you connect Instagram, you authorise ReelPortfolio to access the Instagram information described in our Privacy Policy, only to connect your account and import work you select. Instagram remains a Meta product, governed by Meta’s terms. We do not guarantee Instagram API availability.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ReelPortfolio for unlawful, misleading, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to access another creator’s account, tokens, or data.
• Do not interfere with the service or scrape it in a way that harms the product.

Plans and payments

Paid features are described on the pricing page. Fees are processed by Razorpay. Plan limits, refunds, and renewals follow the terms shown at checkout and in your subscription status.

Availability

We aim to keep ReelPortfolio available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Features that depend on third parties (including Instagram and payment providers) may change or fail.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ReelPortfolio is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Ending the service

You may stop using ReelPortfolio at any time and can request deletion of your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Public portfolio URLs may become unavailable after an account is deleted.
